Why The Leader Within?

Each period of history is impacted by new science, technology and discoveries that impact how we think, what we feel and the results we get in our lives. People used to think the world was flat; and now, we can connect with anyone all over the Planet in less than a Nano second!  Indeed our lives are both richer and more complex.  What we know for ‘certain’ today may not be certain tomorrow.

To embrace the challenges of our times, we need to discover and integrate the leader in each of us mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Rhonda developed an approach to personal leadership designed to build resilience, increase creativity, and live from the heart.  Her approach is based on solid fundamentals and new science from the fields of emotional intelligence, the neuroscience of leadership, and energy management.
