You know that feeling when you’re not exactly falling apart… but you’re carrying way too much?
The stress. The emotional buildup. The overstimulation. The old energy. The “I’m fine” that doesn’t actually feel fine in your body.
The Energy Cleanse is a 2-hour, hands-on crystal healing workshop designed to help you clear what feels heavy, reconnect with your body and intuition, and move into fall feeling more grounded, steady, and supported.
This workshop is Part 1 of The Crystal Support Series, a 3-part seasonal crystal healing series. Each workshop can be attended on its own, or experienced as part of the full series.
In this first workshop, we’ll focus on your personal energy — what you’ve been carrying, what feels ready to release, and how crystals can support emotional clearing, energetic detox, grounding, comfort, protection, and deep self-nurturing.
This is not a cleanse rooted in pressure, punishment, or trying to “fix” yourself. This is about creating space. Space in your body. Space in your energy. Space to breathe, soften, release, and come back to yourself before stepping into the next season.
You’ll learn how to work with crystals in a grounded, intuitive, and practical way, while also experiencing guided reflection, energetic clearing, and hands-on crystal healing practices you can continue at home.
Each participant will receive a curated mini crystal kit to use during the workshop and take home, along with a printed guide to support their crystal practice after the event.
This workshop is for you if you’ve been feeling heavy, drained, scattered, emotionally full, overstimulated, or ready to stop carrying what no longer belongs in your next chapter.
Ticket includes the full 2-hour workshop experience, a curated mini crystal kit, and printed workshop guide.
