Join Jennifer Rabenstein of Spiritual Hearts LLC for a unique experience where henna becomes a vessel for intuition, reflection, and healing.
During this private one-on-one mini session, Jennifer connects with your energy and allows the henna design to unfold organically. Symbols, patterns, and messages often emerge throughout the process, creating a meaningful piece of temporary body art that reflects what may be seeking attention, healing, growth, or celebration in your life.
As the design is created, Jennifer shares any insights, impressions, or themes that arise. Each experience is unique, and participants are invited to receive the artwork as both a beautiful adornment and a reminder of their own inner wisdom.
Jennifer hand-mixes her henna using organic henna powder, water, sugar, lemon juice, essential oils, and intentional energy. The resulting stain may last from several days to several weeks depending on placement, skin chemistry, aftercare, daily activities, and ultimately…how long the message invites reflections .
Whether you are navigating a transition, seeking guidance, setting intentions, or simply feeling called to the experience, intuitive henna offers an opportunity to pause, receive, and carry a personal message with you long after the session ends.
Appointments are approximately 20 minutes. Plan on some buffer time afterward to allow the henna to dry before heading on your way.
Jennifer Rabenstein is the founder of Spiritual Hearts LLC, where she weaves together intuition, energy work, creative expression, and healing practices to support others on their personal journeys.
As someone living with progressive vision loss, Jennifer has learned that seeing extends far beyond what the eyes perceive. Her experience has deepened her awareness of energy, emotions, subtle shifts, and the many ways we connect with ourselves and the world around us. She brings a unique perspective to her work — one rooted in listening, feeling, intuition, and seeing life through a different lens.
Jennifer is a Reiki practitioner, sound healer, massage therapist, intuitive guide, and artist. Through her offerings, she creates spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore their own inner wisdom.
Her work is guided by the belief that each person carries their own story, strengths, and healing potential. Whether through energy work, creative expression, or intuitive connection, Jennifer invites others to discover new perspectives and embrace the beauty of their own unique path.
