Join us and explore a soothing Sound Journey Meditation, guided by sounds of the handpan & voice, and infused with Reiki Energy, ReikiVoice & ReikiSound for a total immersive experience. The handpan and voice naturally couple, creating a truly magical, lovely, grounding, and expansive inner-world experience. We invite you inward with this evening’s soundscape, where the Mind, Body & Spirit can return to repose.
This month’s theme is “Self-Love is My Guiding Light Home.”
Infused with Reiki, our sound journey flows through the melodic, shamanic qualities of the handpan and frame drum, is interwoven with vocalizations and an assortment of instruments that inspire visions of the natural world, and the 5 elements of Air, Wind, Water, Fire & Aether, to more deeply integrate balance and harmony within. As we oscillate between stillness and sound, participants are encouraged to explore the theme of self-love, and how it relates to being the only lamplighter you need.
The evening’s flow:
Please bring any comforts that may support your sonic journey! We have yoga mats, pillows, blankets & chairs. Please dress comfortably, bring bolsters if you wish, as well as a pen and notebook for journaling afterwards.
Refreshments, water, coffee and tea will be available.
Sarah Paz Hyde is an intuitive sound healing guide, Reclaim Life workshop facilitator, event organizer, classically trained musician, visual artist & graphic designer. She is the Founder of Super Bloom Life, a budding organization whose vision is to assist community leaders in creating long-term, sustainable events focused on calmUNITY building through holistic arts & creativity-based education and experiences, “for when I am empowered to heal myself, my community is better equipped to super bloom with greater abundance, from the inside & out.”
Sarah Paz Hyde’s creative journey began at the age of 4, with the violin as her first form of expression. Early childhood memories cast a lifelong ripple effect in how she navigates life, preferring to live with a curious, imaginative heart, and process & engage the world through an artistic lens. In 2016, Sarah discovered the handpan, and the hypnotic simplicity of it reawakened her in ways she did not know she needed, ultimately bringing her back to her voice. Through musical play, conversation, integration & education she hopes to aid others super bloom into life.
Rickie Meryl Freedman, the owner of Reiki by Rickie ~ ReikiSpace & Learning Place is a full time Reiki Master/Teacher also Certified in ReikiSound and a ReikiVoice Instructor. She will tune into your individual energies, and energy of the group to help you remember your unique song through gentle intuitive and guided humming, toning, chanting and singing.
