This is going to be a wonderful event filled with a variety of healing energy! Start out with a group Reiki meditation, then each person will receive their own wooden Reiki box they can paint as they wish, each person will also receive intuitive henna, and of course Reiki will be flowing the whole time!
Reiki is a natural way of healing our energy, releasing stress, and improving our well being physically, emotionally, and spiritually. A Reiki box is a wonderful tool that can be used to put things in we wish to send Reiki to. Allow the flow of Reiki in the room to magnify your artistic flow and heal in the process of creating!
Henna has been used for its healing qualities and good fortune all around the world. An intuitive design specific to each individuals energy will be done. You can feel the Reiki and henna during the process and even after as you reflect over your image!
There is also healing when art is being done! From the use of colors, to the strokes of brushes, to the mellow mindset, there are many healing benefits when creating art of any kind in any way!
