Join us from Everywhere around the world! Reiki Professionals Rickie Freedman from Harrisburg PA USA; Brianne Carter from Prince Edward Island, Canada; Frans Stiene from Amsterdam; Marlene Duffy from Irelan; and Penelope Tsimidou from Greece will ZOOM together for an interactive discussion about Reiki around our world- what is similar, what is unique, how can we care for ourselves in challenging times, how can we work together for more Peace and healing for ALL and much more!
Listen as we answer common questions, share our own practices, and language Reiki in a grounded and relatable way. No Reiki Experience necessary to join. Everyone will benefit and can participate. We will share a self-healing practice, and we can all share Reiki for our World!
Based in the Netherlands, Frans Stiene is one of the most renowned Reiki teachers in the world. His practical understanding of the Japanese influences on the system has allowed students worldwide to connect deeply with this practice. Frans is a co-founder of the International House of Reiki and Shibumi International Reiki Association. He is the author of critically acclaimed books The Inner Heart of Reik – Rediscovering Your True Self, Reiki Insights, and The Way of Reik – The Inner Teachings of Mikao Usui. His books are in English, Dutch, German, French and hopefully soon more languages. Additionally, he co-authored with Bronwen Logan The Reiki Sourcebook, The Japanese Art of Reiki, A-Z of Reiki Pocketbook, and Your Reiki Treatment.
Frans has also lived in India – Himalaya for 2 years and in Australia, he now enjoys traveling the world to teach and have exciting adventures. Since 2012 Frans has been training with Takeda Hakusai Ajari, a priest based in Japan, to deepen his understanding of the System of Reiki and other Japanese spiritual practices.
“Brianne Carter is a certified Reiki Master and Teacher dedicated to holistic healing and personal growth. Her approach to Reiki transcends the physical, addressing emotional and spiritual dimensions to create truly transformative experiences. Driven by a deep belief in the power of energy work, she’s on a mission to empower others to awaken their inner healer through the transformative practice of Reiki. She lives by the beach on Prince Edward Island with her dog Spencer.
Marleen Duffy is a Medical Reiki Master Teacher trained by Raven Keyes in New York. Marleen has been teaching all levels of Reiki for over 15 years and working with Reiki for over 25 years. She is particularly passionate about Medical Reiki, which she has been teaching worldwide. This specialised practice supports patients before, during and after surgery and medical treatments.
Marleen founded the Reiki Buddy scheme to help people through Covid, Reiki Plus – a programme which blends other healing modalities with Reiki and Medical Reiki Ireland to continue the work of Raven Keyes.
Marleen also owns Angel and Gift World, a holistic shop and centre in Sligo, Ireland that offers healing, spiritual growth, and community. She continues to provide Reiki sessions, lead retreats across Ireland, and remains deeply committed to practicing and advancing Medical Reiki, working to integrate it further into healthcare.
She lives in Co. Leitrim with her husband, Martin and their dog Brega, drawing inspiration from nature’s peace.
Penelope Tsimidou is an Alternative Energy Therapist. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in helping people connect their body, mind, and emotions to achieve inner balance and well-being. Together with my team, I’ve guided over 2,200 individuals toward a healthier and more harmonious life.

Rickie offers sessions, workshops and Reiki Classes all levels including “Reiki for Healthcare Professionals” and “ReikiKids”. She created and opened Harrisburg first Reiki Center, “Reiki by Rickie ~ ReikiSpace & Learning Place” in 2013. Rickie is Certified in ReikiSound, and is a ReikiVoice Instructor. She is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and guides others with her Mentorship Program “Follow your Heart AND Do it Smart!”. She is a Certified Medical Reiki Master. Rickie authored “Reiki Rickie shares ReikiKids”. Her most recent book is “Radiating Our Reiki Light ~ Reiki Healing through Real stories from Clients, Students, Practitioners and Teachers”.
