The QiCLOCK I have created color codes the time clock to the Chakras, giving you a tool to balance
your energy using foods, oils, colors, movements and other simple methods that can be easily included
in any day’s activities. Learn how to identify imbalance in your energy and practice simple methods to
bring it to balance noticing changes in how you feel. You will receive a QiCLOCK to take with you and
a sample journal page you can use each day.

I am an Artist, Writer and Entrepreneur in living life in AWE of creation with the intention of bringing
more happiness and healing to the world through presence and various media.
As an artist I love creating jewelry, sculptures, mosaics, paintings, drawings, stained glass,
photographs, videos, animations, and websites. I am also a graphic and web designer. The purpose
behind everything I do is to convey a message or create a feeling of happiness and well-being.
My cancer experience 12 years ago led to energy healing studies. I have created products that focus on
the Chakras, meridians and the Chinese Meridian Time Clock. I call it the QiCLOCK. I have studied
and been exposed to many other modalities and am working on an online healing platform, a book and
a journal. By this summer I also expect to have an art studio open to the public in Gettysburg, PA where
my brother used to live. I call it Train’s Shop. A healing room will be included there.
