Join June and Amanda for a special New Moon Meditation Circle and Winter Solstice Gathering—a sacred evening to harness the quiet power of the season and the moon’s energy for deep reflection and intention setting.
We will begin with a cleansing sage ritual to clear stagnant energy, honoring the solstice as a turning point from darkness into light. Through a reflective journaling practice, we’ll explore what we’re ready to release and what seeds we wish to plant for the season ahead.
A peaceful guided meditation will invite stillness and connection, allowing us to embrace the inward energy of winter while opening space for clarity and renewal.
To close our circle, we’ll participate in a symbolic ceremony of release and rebirth, aligned with the solstice’s promise of returning light. An oracle card reading will offer insight and guidance as we move into a new lunar cycle—and a new season of life.
Please bring:
· A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and knee bolster for comfort (ReikiSpace has some available also)
· Water and a journal for reflections
· Optional: A camping chair for seated meditation and any crystals you’d like to cleanse during the saging ritual (ReikiSpace has folding chairs)
Herbal tea and light refreshments will be served.
