Join us for a group meditation! All levels of experience and beginners are welcome. We will practice a simple breath awareness meditation and some basic mantras. The group is free. Love donations accepted.
Jennifer is a compassionate and perceptive Reiki master/practitioner. She has been in recovery for over 20 years, using personal therapy and shadow work, meditation, group work, recovery fellowships, and various yoga practices to support her along the way. Jennifer started practicing mediation early in recovery and it has been a valuable tool on the journey. She feels called to provide a nurturing restorative space for others to explore the benefits of meditation.
