Meditation Workshop with Elizabeth Crowe-Joong

From Transcendental Meditation ™ to Kundalini yoga, Heart Rhythm meditation to HeartMath…mindfulness to guided experiential cassette tapes (then CDs and mp3s!), Elizabeth has been an enthusiastic consumer at the meditation buffet. This practice has been an ever-present thread in her life tapestry throughout her professional life as an academic.

• This experiential workshop is an opportunity for seasoned mediators and newbies alike to share and learn some differing approaches to this inner journey.
• Participants will also be provided with a general historical and cultural context providing a richer understanding of this spiritual practice.
• Plan on attending this workshop and enjoy some varying inner travel experiences! Feel free to bring a cozy pillow and shawl. A bagged lunch is suggested. Light refreshments will be provided.
