In this next step of your Human Design journey, we’ll build on the foundational elements covered in Part 1 by exploring two key components: inner authority and the nine energy centers.

We’ll take a clear and approachable look at how your authority supports aligned decision-making, and how your defined and undefined centers shape your energetic experience—often showing up as feeling “too much” and “not enough”.

This workshop is designed to be informative and supportive, offering practical insight without overwhelm.

We’ll cover:

• An introduction to the seven Inner Authorities and how to begin recognizing yours
• The role of defined and undefined centers in how we experience energy, pressure, and conditioning
• How strategy and authority interact with the centers in daily life
• Gentle tools for bringing more awareness to patterns that may be shaping your decisions

Ideal for those who attended Part 1 or already understand their Type, Strategy, and Not-Self Theme.
