BALANCE. HARMONIZE. MANIFEST

Learn about our new service Zen Shaitsu, an acupressure system from Japan, and how it can support your healing.  You will also be guided through a Dō-In (Doe-Eeeen) “self shiatsu (Acupressure)” exercise.  Dō-In is a Japanese form of self meridian massage and exercise for physical and spiritual development.    Practicing Do-In will benefit the functioning of your immune system, allow you to enjoy more energy and vitality, connect with greater mental clarity, and reduce aches and pains. Learning Do-In can open your energetic flows and bring ease and harmony to your Body, Mind, & Soul.

Please where loose flexible clothing and invite your inner child along to play.

Chance to win a complimentary Zen Shiatsu Session.
