Gentle Yoga for everyBody

This Workshop is for both new yogis and students who wish to review and connect with the essentials of Kundalini Yoga.
Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic blend of physical postures, breathing, movement, stretching, meditation, mantra and relaxation. This combination activates the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, expands the lung capacity, and purifies the bloodstream. Both safe and effective, it brings balance to the body, mind and soul, and can be practiced by almost anyone, regardless of age, fitness, occupation and experience. Learn what is Unique about this form of Yoga compared to other types.

This Workshop will be followed by regular classes designed for those new to Kundalini Yoga and/ or are taking the first steps in their yoga practice. Each session will include warm-ups, breathing techniques (pranayam), an exercise set (kriya), deep relaxation, chanting, and an Affirmation Coloring Meditation!
The first class on 1/22 at 9am will be FREE with Love Donations going to Speranza Animal Rescue.
Classes will then be offered regularly every other Fri at 9am beginning 2/5Inner Peace
