Come get your GLOW on with Candy Arena and Michelle Stine. This is a glow in the dark yoga experience! Wear white or neon if you want to glow bright under the neon light. (Wear a shirt you won’t mind getting paint on.)
We are inviting creativity to flow freely so that we may co-create something beautiful and fun and playful together.

๐ถ๐๐พ๐๐๐ has been a holistic fitness and health facilitator for 13 years. Candi is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a warm, nurturing touch. She is trained in a variety of therapies including Voila Method, Bowen Therapy, Ayurvedic Massage, and is a certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master Teacher.ย Candi has a tremendous capacity for holding space and facilitating others in processing deep emotional wounds and significant life transformations.
๐๐พ๐ธ๐ฝ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐๐พ๐๐ is a certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, and has personal & specialized knowledge of PTSD, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and sexual trauma. She has a diverse professional background that includes holistic health and wellness as well as advocacy, nonprofit fundraising, small business support, and business/organizational development. She enjoys supporting her friends and community and seeks to empower people to express themselves authentically as creators in all aspects of their lives. Michelle will graduate in December 2022 with a Masters in Applied Psychology.
