Join June and Amanda for a special Full Moon Meditation Circle, a time dedicated to releasing emotional clutter and gaining clarity on the goals we wish to manifest. We will begin with a cleansing sage ritual to clear negative energies, followed by a reflective writing exercise. Afterward, we will quiet our minds with a sound immersion and a peaceful guided meditation, creating space for inner stillness and insight.
To close our circle, we will engage in a ceremony to symbolize release and renewal, with an oracle card reading to provide guidance for the coming cycle.
Please bring:
– A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and knee bolster for comfort (we have some available in ReikiSpace also)
– Water bottle and a journal for reflections
– Optional: a camping chair if you prefer to sit during meditation, and any crystals you’d like to have cleansed during the saging (we have folding chairs available)
Herbal tea and light refreshments will be provided.
