In your Sacred Sacral Sanctuary Reiki, with your permission and consent, you will be guided through gentle pelvic floor yoga, tantric breath work and meditation practice, sound bath, and gentle touch (Reiki) with essential oils and crystals to activate, balance, both the root and sacral chakra.
This practice will be navigated fully trauma informed.

“The Sanskrit name [for the sacral chakra] is Svadhisthana,” The sacral chakra is believed to be located below the navel, where the perineum is. It’s said to be associated with the sex organs and the kidneys. It’s also associated with the water element and portrayed as a vibrant orange color. It’s often represented by a six-petalled lotus flower.
Some believe this chakra is governed by Parvati, the Hindu goddess of fidelity, fertility, and power.

Alexandria also offers Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy as well as Psychedelic Integration Therapy. Psychedelic integration therapy involves supporting you before and/or after an experience with psychedelic medicine. Preparation and integration help you make sense of new insights, and transfer that knowledge into your daily life – facilitating deeper awareness and more meaningful, long-lasting outcomes.
In addition to her professional roles, Alexandria loves to climb, hike, paint, read, share reiki, yoga, meditation, garden, practice herbalism, host retreats, and travel.
Alexandria serves the community as a holisitic sexologist, loveologist, tantrika, and mindfulness-based sex and psychedelic therapist. She hosts group therapy for women recovering and healing from violence in our society. She also serves as a Reiki Master and online yoga teacher.
