Carol Stockard is an artist based in Harrisburg, Pa. She has enjoyed a 45-year career as a graphic designer, fine artist, photographer, photo stylist and drafter. Her work had been used in advertising, publications, architectural design, fashion design, retail and engineering. This current body of work is created by hand-coloring black & white photo prints with an array of mediums including inks, chalks and dyes. This was an art form that was popular in the early 1900s before the advent of color photography film. We hope that you enjoy this partial collection!
