Breathwork as Access: An Introduction to 9D Breathwork with Coach Kim

This workshop offers a grounded introduction to 9D Breathwork and trauma-informed somatic coaching. Participants will learn how the nervous system shapes patterns, stress responses, and decision-making—and how breath and awareness create access to deeper regulation and clarity.

The experience includes:

– An educational overview of the nervous system and somatic integration

– A guided introductory 9D breathwork experience

– Space for reflection, grounding, and integration

This is not about intensity or performance.

It’s about access—learning how to meet your system where it is and work with it safely and intelligently.

No prior breathwork experience is required.

Workshop attendees receive a $25 credit toward a private 1:1 session if booked within one week of the workshop.
