The beginning of a new year can bring a lot of pressure.
New goals. New plans. New routines. New expectations. But this workshop is not about resolutions!
It is not about becoming a brand-new person because the calendar changed. It is not about fixing yourself, forcing yourself, or creating another list of ways you need to be more disciplined, productive, healed, organized, or “better.”
Becoming is about choosing the energy you want to step into next.
This 2-hour, hands-on crystal healing workshop is designed to help you connect with your inner wisdom, clarify what you are ready to call in, and create a crystal-supported intention for the next chapter of your life.
This workshop is Part 3 of The Crystal Support Series, a 3-part seasonal crystal healing series. Each workshop can be attended on its own, or experienced as part of the full series.
In this final workshop of the series, we’ll focus on the energy you are becoming — not through pressure, shame, or hustle, but through self-trust, intuition, clarity, and aligned intention.
You’ll learn how to use crystals to support intention-setting, meditation, spiritual growth, life transitions, personal power, emotional clarity, and self-trust. We’ll explore how to choose crystals based on the energy you want to embody, the transition you are moving through, and the version of yourself that is beginning to emerge.
This workshop will include hands-on crystal grid work. You’ll create a personal crystal grid to support your new-year energy, intention, word of the year, life transition, or next-chapter vision. This grid can be used at home as an energetic anchor for clarity, confidence, spiritual connection, and self-trust.
This is more than a class about crystals for the new year. It is an opportunity to pause, listen inward, and ask what energy is truly ready to rise in you — without forcing yourself into a version of growth that feels heavy, performative, or disconnected from who you actually are.
Each participant will receive a curated crystal kit to use during the workshop and take home, along with a printed guide to support their intention-setting practice and crystal grid after the event.
