Come on a journey deep within yourself to explore your shadow self – the parts of yourself that you hide from the world, from your friends and coworkers, even from yourself. Discover how those inner places effect your daily life, your reactions, your decisions without your awareness. Learn to recognize when your shadow self is at work and how to balance those darker spaces with your light. The evening will include a meditative journey, healing and discussion for those who choose to share.
Cindy has a BA in Psychology and is currently a Food Service Senior Supervisor at a local hospital. She is a Reiki Master/Teacher and ReikiSound practioner offering her services including Golden Light Activation at SaltEfx, a local salt room. Cindy has also worked in conjunction with Lana Ryder at Spirit of Oneness.
