Please join Kelly Marsico for a special Spirit Animal series beginning in January 2018. In the journey component of the Yoga Nidra session, we will be utilizing our connections with the spirit animals of Mountain Lion, Bear, Deer, Dolphin, Hawk, Sea Turtle, Wolf and Crow to integrate and deepen our sankalpa, a resolve made in the heart.
Instructor: Kelly Marsico is a certified Yoga Nidra facilitator through the school of Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra as taught by Jennifer Reis whose framework is based upon Swami Satyananda Saraswati of the Bihar School of India, Kripalu Yoga and Integrative Yoga Therapy. Kelly attended advanced teacher training in Yoga Nidra in 2018 to enhance her already 40 hour certification.
