Spend an hour and 15 minutes being bathed in the Healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, toned to the vibration of each of your chakras played by Nancy Romano, while Bhante Soma chants healing blessings to all. This is a profoundly peaceful, healing experience you will not want to miss.
Space is limited – you will need to preregister here.
We have yoga mats and Blankets and pillows, but feel free to bring your own. You may also sit if you prefer, but this will be Deeply Relaxing! (Snoring is a great compliment)
