Join June Minaya and Amanda Pendleton for a special New Moon Meditation Circle, a time dedicated to using the power of the moon to manifest! We will begin with a cleansing sage ritual to clear negative energies, followed by a reflective writing exercise. Afterward, we will quiet our minds with a peaceful guided meditation, creating space for inner stillness and insight.
To close our circle, we will engage in a ceremony to symbolize release and renewal, followed by an oracle card reading to provide guidance for the coming cycle.
Please bring:
– A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and knee bolster for comfort (we also have some available in ReikiSpace)
– Water and a journal for reflections
– Optional: a camping chair if you prefer to sit during meditation (ReikiSpace has regular upright folding chairs), and any crystals you’d like to have cleansed during the saging
Herbal tea and light refreshments will be provided.
