3. BodySoul Coaching Sessions: transformative support, accountability, growth and healing. Two areas of focus are available: integrative nutrition coaching for a holistic approach to goals related to healing and physical health OR intuitive/spiritual coaching for harnessing and activating your intuition, as well as your Soul’s innate gifts.
