This event is a custom designed workshop based on the New York Times bestseller, The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. There is no pre-requisite required. It is not necessary to have read the book or be familiar with the agreements.
The important components are: that you are interested in expanding your own awareness and providing yourself with a personal growth opportunity; you are willing to explore your own thoughts and learn techniques to challenge fear based beliefs that rob you of living the life you really want to live; and, you have a desire to empower your life with impeccable communication to improve your relationships, including the relationship you have with yourself.
This workshop will provide you with practical guidance to apply the principles of The Four Agreements. We will use affirmations thru meditation, visualization and the healing properties of gemstones to strengthen and support the written materials in the book.
You will receive a custom designed companion workbook, complete with step by step methods to incorporate what you have learned in this workshop, affirmation cards and a gemstone that will aid in the support of each agreement.
