The Reiki One class will teach you the history and technique of the Japanese energy healing modality, Usui Reiki. In this class you will learn the hand positions and how to use this modality in everyday life.
Reiki One specifically focuses on self-healing. You will learn skills that can help create balance physically, emotionally and spiritually, help to reduce stress and hopefully, will add peace to your life for every situation.
