Elizabeth is a student of the Institute of Applied Meditation University, a lifelong Meditator, and Reiki master. This Experiential Workshop is an opportunity for seasoned meditators and newbies alike to share and learn some differing approaches to this Inner Journey.
This Introductory Workshop is the prerequisite for Elizabeth’s more advanced Workshop scheduled 1/10/15.
Feel free to bring a cozy pillow and shawl. Bagged lunch is suggested. Light refreshments provided.
