A Winters Reflection for your Sacred Self with Rhonda Hess

The most basic of all Mandalas is the circle, a symbol with no beginning and no end—an infinite line. Rhonda Hess, founder and owner, of Fully Fit to Lead® a holistic human development practice, will lead us in this spirit-full three hour session where we will learn, create, and declare who we want to Be in the Spring as we emerge from the blanket of Winter.

• Workshop participants will explore and develop a personal Mandala and share it in unison with others in safe, meaningful and fun ways.

“But I am not an artist!” your inner critic protests….Artistic ability is absolutely not a requirement. (In fact most people have fun just playing with the colors and are surprised at what comes out of the experience… as their natural inner artist emerges). We will use meditation, imagery and movement to bring forth our Light into the Spring.
