Crystal Bowls for Wellness ~ Enjoy learning and playing with the energies of crystalline sound. Learn why your body responds like “magic” to the enchanting sounds of crystal singing bowls.
Beloved for their appearance as well as their sound, they embody qualities of the minerals from which they are made, and entrain with our cells and brain waves in sounds of healing.
Metal singing bowls and tuning forks can be adapted to work with crystals as well.
Bring your favorite crystal or your own singing bowl to work with if you wish, or just enjoy ours for the evening.
A variety of bowls and ways to use them will be demonstrated, and some rare gemstone fusion bowls will provide a lovely closing meditation.
